Taste of Heaven: Hostess Registration

Event Details:
  • All tables are 60" rounds and set for 8 guests. 
  • Available times for set-up are Thursday 3/27 12 noon - 9 p.m. and Friday, 3/28 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Please indicate the times you expect to be here during these available blocks. (Select times below.)
  • All setup must be completed by 9 p.m. on Friday, 3/28. 
  • Last minute set up will be available Saturday, 3/29 8-9 a.m. All setup must be completed by 9 a.m. and ready for judging.
 
Hostess responsibility and information: 
  • All hostesses must be members or regular attenders of North Jax. 
  • As a hostess, you are responsible for a table of eight. (Or multiple tables of eight if you wish.) 
  • You must sell tickets or prepay for eight tickets per table (including your own). Tickets are $10 or $80 total for each table you host.
  • You will be responsible for providing the table cover, plates for the meal and dessert, flatware, napkins, glasses, tea pitcher, salt and pepper, dessert, and a small hostess gift for each guest at your table. The meal will be served from the fellowship hall serving rooms, but the dessert will be served at your table.  Clean-up will begin after the program. You will not have access to the kitchen. Be sure to bring a tote or box to put your items in to take home after the event.
  • Money must be turned in to the church office no later than 3/16/25. Make checks payable to North Jacksonville Baptist Church (No credit cards).

Tickets will be available at the Information Meeting on February 12, 2025. Hostesses are encouraged to attend the meeting.
