At North Jax, every visit is someone’s first visit—and the First Impressions Ministry exists to make that experience warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. Whether it’s a Sunday or a Wednesday, this team ensures that every guest feels at home from the moment they step onto the North Jax campus.

The First Impressions team is made up of friendly greeters and helpers stationed throughout the church. They answer questions, provide directions, help guests find a seat or a small group class, and make sure every visitor feels comfortable and cared for. If they don’t have the answer, they’ll find someone who does.

From the parking lot to the pew, this ministry helps create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that reflects the heart of Christ and the mission of our church.
